Learn more about us at http : / / www.urbn.com Title Human Resources Coordinator Reports to HR Manager Overview The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for performing HR-

related duties on a professional level and works closely with management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas : benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment / employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance. Responsibilities

  • Maintaining personnel files
  • Manage employee attendance hotline
  • Assisting with Kronos reconciliations
  • Works closely with management team to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Assist with Employee Relations for facility
  • Oversee staffing and recruiting for facility
  • New hire orientation, on-boarding paperwork
  • Support of annual benefits and open enrollment
  • Maintain LOA paperwork
  • Support Worker's Compensation Claims
  • Support payroll processing
  • All other duties as assigned Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Employee Relations / Human Resources experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal shift hours to accommodate various employee schedules Job Skills
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a team environment
  • Analytical, ability to track, record and report correct information
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, and Word
  • ADP MSS (Manager Self Service) HRIS
  • KRONOS (Payroll system)
  • Success Factors (Online applicant tracking system) Education High School / GED Preferred Location Bristol, PA Travel Minimal travel required.
