Summary of Human Resources Coordinator job
Responsibilities : Performing recruiting responsibilities : reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, posting jobs on various job boards and track when the jobs expire Conduct interviews for entry level positions Creating new hire packages for employees and conduct new hire orientations Submit and review background checks Submit and review new hire information into ADP Workforce Now Manage and update employee PTO and employee timecards Scan and file all new hire information into HR computer drive & paper folder Audit UPS shipping credits File employee personnel and benefit information, as well as file finance information into paper folder Assist in finding and keeping track of volunteer activities and continuing education training programs Creating safety flyers Order and stock office and breakroom supplies Work closely with distribution centers to fulfill supply requests Assist EVP of Human Resources with maintenance requests Continually update One Note Training Manual to include any new or updated information Assisting with other projects and duties as needed
Requirements : Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, ADP Workforce Now, ATS Must be eager and take initiative Must be detail-oriented, resourceful, and organized Able to efficiently multi-task Ability to be flexible and work in fast-paced environment Proactive and attentive to deadlines in addition to recognizing a sense of urgency Strong verbal and written communication skills
